CHEMICAL AND MICROBIAL ANALYSIS SERVICES.

Lebensmittel Consulting can perform a wide diversity of chemical and microbial analyses custom tailored to your requirements.  We've been in business for 20 years, and our capabilities are rapidly expanding.  If there is an analysis that you need, we welcome your inquiries. We can probably do this analysis for you. The cost of our assays are discounted based upon the number of samples and the sample volume.

We have many types of testing equipment for specialized tests that are available for your testing requirements.  These techniques include spectrometry, electron microscopy, chromatography, and elemental analyses.  Space does not allow many of the tests that we can perform to be listed.  Therefore we invite your inquiries.  Please phone, fax or e-mail for prices on a particular analysis.

We specialize in special assays that most testing laboratories do not provide.  We also provide most of the tests that other laboratories provide.  MANY TESTING LABORATORIES USE LEBENSMITTEL CONSULTING FOR SUBCONTRACTING ANALYSES THEY DO NOT PERFORM.  Consequently, much of our business comes from subcontracting for special tests not performed by other laboratories. Therefore, we invite your inquiries.  Please phone, fax or e-mail for prices on a particular analysis.  The costs for a particular analysis may depend on the number of samples, the sample matrix and other factors.

Lebensmittel Consulting is qualified to uncover many complicated physical and chemical problems.  We can solve special food problems and develop quality control measures for your company to implement as you require.

SUGGESTIONS FOR SAMPLE HANDLING.

Follow good sampling techniques.  The analysis is representative of the submitted sample.
Include detailed written instructions for assays to be performed.
Include expected levels or label claims.
Package for shipping properly.  Perishable samples should be shipped in dry ice.
Ship adequate amounts of  sample for assays.
All test work, experimental data and reports are confidential except by written request.
If you don't know the proper method for shipping a given sample, ask us first.  This may save you sampling twice.
Call if you don't know how the sample should be taken and how it should be handled.  When doing many tests, there are specific recommendations.
