MATERIALS Biomaterials Lebensmittel Consulting has been engaged in many projects in the last decade on biodegradable plastics, including those from starches, cellulose, and proteins. While many of these materials are from food ingredients, others are based upon biodegradable chemistries. We have worked on applications which include injection moldable materials, boards, foamed materials, expanded boards, and films. We have also had governmental contracts in this area. Not only can we help with test production, we can also help you with testing and characterization. Many customers want to create a green application that is often lower cost and will degrade in water or in compost. We can help you with your specific application. Flavors Lebensmittel Consulting has performed development work on many natural and synthetic syntheses form flavor and perfume chemicals. Many of our natural processes are used in the flavor or chemical industry. We specialize in processes that are natural according to FEMA. Food Ingredients Developing new and improved food ingredients is an active area of research and development. We can help characterize ingredients and help with scale-up. We also help with developing new processes for either novel new ingredients or help improve the process for existing products to make you more competitive. Carbon Products We provide a full range of testing services on carbon based materials. Please ask if you need any specific help in this area. Composites We can help you develop new composites, whether it is a fiber fill composite or a carbon based composite. We can also perform testing on these materials. |
